At 3PL Global Ltd, the individual responsible for Health and Safety duties is the CEO. The Office Manager acts as the Health and Safety advisor to the company. 3PL Global Ltd considers the Health and Safety of all employees, customers, contractors, partners, and visitors to be of the utmost importance. st importance. Offering a reliable and consistent service every time, our team maintains constant communication with a single point of contact.
Changes to Health, Safety and Environmental legislation will be considered by the responsible parties at 3PL Global Ltd and will be implemented where deemed to be necessary. Furthermore, the Health and Safety policy will be evaluated annually, and changes made if and when required.
Legal Obligations
The Health and Safety at Work Act (1974), and other statutory legislation, lays out legal obligations which 3PL Global Ltd will meet and/or abide by. Any employee with concerns about the company’s Health and Safety policies and procedures should raise these concerns with the Health and Safety Manager.
Furthermore, we urge employees to study the policies and procedures and raise queries accordingly. All employees have access to the company’s Health and Safety policies and records, and customers, contractors, partners, and visitors will be given access upon request. Documentation is kept at the company head office and stored on the company server.
Obligations of the Company
3PL Global Ltd undertakes to observe the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974) and to endeavour to safeguard the Health and Safety and Welfare of all staff and customers. In line with the further recommendations laid out in the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (1999), 3PL Global Ltd will:
- Put in place appropriate emergency procedures and make sure that employees are aware of such procedures, and how to carry them out.
- Invest in and financially support the implementation and ongoing operation of Health and Safety matters, including staff training.
- Arrange for appropriate Health and Safety training for staff.
- Record and perform all required written risk assessments.
- Record, plan, monitor and review Health and Safety measures at work.
- Make sure that members of the public, customers, contractors, and visitors who may be influenced by the actions of the company are also be safeguarded in their dealings with the company.
- Hire staff with appropriate skills to aid compliance with Health and Safety obligations.
- Be aware of risks to pregnant women and offer appropriate protection.
- Provide health surveillance when necessary in accordance with Regulation 6.
- Share all relevant Health and Safety information with partners, customers or contractors who are working alongside employees.
- Share all relevant Health and Safety information with interns, students, temporary workers, or individuals carrying out work experience.

Through this, 3PL Global Ltd aims to adhere to current regulations and continue to improve the company’s Health, Safety and Environmental operations. 3PL Global Ltd encourages collaboration between staff and management to accomplish this.
Obligations of Employees
We expect 3PL Global Ltd employees to fulfil the following obligations:
- Take reasonable care to safeguard their own Health and Safety in the workplace, and that of those they work with.
- Note and report situations where they feel the company has not fully met its Health and Safety obligations.
- Note and report any immediately dangerous situations, or circumstances which could become dangerous.
- Collaborate fully with the company and other employees in order to meet Health and Safety obligations.
- Utilise goods and services provided by 3PL Global Ltd as per training received or instructions given.
